Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after design approval and payment confirmation.

Custom-printed items and resin-coated products will not enter production until the final design is approved by the customer. Any delay in approval will extend the processing time.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or shown as a fixed rate, depending on the product, destination, package size, and weight.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship both locally and internationally.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier handling, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Once the package is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delivery delays.

International Resin Shipping

Resin and coating materials are shipped internationally in compliance with carrier and safety regulations.

International resin shipments may:

  • Require additional handling or inspection

  • Experience longer transit times

  • Be routed through specific couriers approved for liquid materials

Due to the nature of resin, we are not responsible for changes in viscosity, curing behavior, or performance caused by temperature fluctuations during transit.

Shipping costs for resin are higher due to weight, safety requirements, and courier restrictions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

We cannot mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the courier’s system.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipping fees will apply if the package is returned.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Packages marked as delivered by the courier are considered fulfilled.
