1. PREPARE THE STICKER DESIGN
Prepare the customer artwork before printing.
Check the following:
Correct sticker size
Correct shape
High-resolution file
Proper safe margin
Clean readable text
No unnecessary thin details
Rounded corners if possible
Rounded corners are better for dome stickers because the resin flows cleaner and holds the dome shape better.
2. PRINT THE STICKER
Print the design using the selected sticker material.
Recommended materials:
White high-tack vinyl
Metallic brushed silver or gold
Holographic vinyl
Reflective vinyl
Outdoor-grade permanent adhesive vinyl
Make sure the print is fully dry before lamination and resin coating.
3. LAMINATE THE STICKER
Apply laminate to protect the printed surface.
Common laminate options:
Glossy laminate for vibrant and shiny stickers
Matte laminate for a clean premium look
Glitter laminate for extra shine and decorative effect
For dome stickers, glossy laminate usually gives the best premium result.
4. CUT THE STICKERS
Cut the stickers using a cutting machine.
Make sure the cut is clean and accurate. The blade setting should be enough to cut the sticker shape without damaging the backing paper too much.
After cutting, remove the excess vinyl around the sticker.
This keeps only the sticker area exposed for resin coating.
5. PREPARE THE WORK AREA
Prepare a clean, flat, and dust-free work area before applying resin.
Important conditions:
Work in a well-ventilated area
Keep the table level
Avoid dust
Avoid high humidity
Avoid direct sunlight
Keep away from fire or heat sources
A level table is very important. If the table is uneven, the resin may flow to one side and create an uneven dome.
6. PREPARE THE RESIN
Mix the resin using the correct ratio:
Part A Resin : Part B Hardener = 3 : 1 by weight
Example mixing guide:
30g Part A + 10g Part B = 40g total mix
60g Part A + 20g Part B = 80g total mix
75g Part A + 25g Part B = 100g total mix
Always use a digital weighing scale. Do not estimate by eye.
Only mix the amount you can use within the working time.
7. MIX THE RESIN PROPERLY
Pour Part A and Part B into a clean container.
Mix slowly for 3 to 5 minutes.
Scrape the sides and bottom of the cup while mixing to make sure both parts are fully combined.
Do not mix too fast because it can create bubbles.
8. LET THE RESIN REST BEFORE APPLICATION
After mixing, let the resin rest for a few minutes.
Recommended resting time:
3 to 8 minutes
This helps bubbles rise before applying the resin to the stickers.
Do not wait too long because the resin will slowly thicken.
9. APPLY THE RESIN TO THE STICKER
Apply the resin slowly in the center of each sticker.
Let the resin flow naturally toward the edges.
Use a controlled amount. Do not overfill.
The goal is to create a smooth raised dome without overflow.
You may use a small stick, syringe, or dispensing bottle to guide the resin near the edges.
10. CONTROL THE DOME SHAPE
Check each sticker immediately after applying resin.
Look for:
Uneven resin
Overflow
Bubbles
Dust
Low spots
Resin not reaching the edge
Fix any issue while the resin is still fresh.
Avoid touching or moving the sticker too much once the resin starts to thicken.
11. REMOVE BUBBLES
Remove bubbles while the resin is still wet.
You can use:
Toothpick
Small needle
Bubble remover tool
Gentle controlled heat
Do not use open flame near the resin. It is safer to use a proper heat tool carefully.
12. CURE THE DOME STICKERS
Place the coated stickers inside a clean dust-proof drying area or drying cabinet.
Recommended curing guide:
Normal curing: around 12 hours
Safer handling time: 24 hours
Pack only when fully cured and not tacky
For better production quality, 24 hours curing is safer before packing or shipping.
13. QUALITY CHECK EACH STICKER
After curing, inspect every sticker before release.
Check for:
Clear glossy dome
No bubbles
No dust
No yellowish tint
No sticky surface
No resin overflow
Even dome shape
Clean edges
Clean backing paper
Proper peeling from backing
Reject or remake stickers with visible defects.
14. PACK THE FINISHED STICKERS
Pack the dome stickers carefully after full curing.
Recommended packing materials:
Clean plastic sleeve
Backing board
Bubble wrap
Rigid mailer or box
Do not stack dome stickers face-to-face without protection.
Avoid heavy pressure during packing because the dome surface can get marked if packed too tightly.
Store DZNYO Resin Sticker Pro™ in a clean, cool, and dry area.
Recommended storage condition:
Store at approximately 25°C
Keep away from direct sunlight
Keep away from moisture and humidity
Keep away from fire, heat, sparks, or open flame
Store in a well-ventilated area
Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use
Keep away from children
Do not store near food, drinks, or personal items
The storage area should be stable. Avoid places where the temperature changes too much, like near windows, outdoor storage, delivery areas, or hot production corners.
PROPER CONTAINER HANDLING
Always keep Part A Resin and Part B Hardener in their original containers.
After every use:
Wipe the mouth of the container if there is resin residue
Close the cap tightly
Do not leave the container open
Do not return mixed resin back into the original container
Do not switch caps between Part A and Part B
Do not allow dust, water, or other chemicals to enter the container
Even a small contamination can affect curing, clarity, bubble behavior, or final dome quality.
AFTER OPENING
Once opened, use the resin as soon as possible.
After opening, the product becomes more exposed to:
Air
Moisture
Dust
Temperature changes
Possible contamination
To keep the product usable longer, open the container only when needed and close it immediately after pouring.
Do not leave Part A or Part B open during production.
SHELF LIFE
Shelf life is up to 6 months when stored properly.
This means the product can remain usable for up to 6 months if it is:
Stored at around 25°C
Kept tightly sealed
Kept away from sunlight
Kept away from humidity
Not contaminated
Not exposed to extreme heat or cold
Shelf life may become shorter if storage conditions are poor.
DO NOT STORE MIXED RESIN
Once Part A and Part B are mixed, the curing reaction starts.
Mixed resin should be used within the working time and must not be stored for later use.
Do not seal mixed resin inside a closed container for storage because it may heat up, thicken, harden, or become unusable.
Only mix the amount needed for the current batch.
Always mix DZNYO Resin Sticker Pro™ at 3:1 by weight. Work at around 25°C and avoid humidity above 70%. Mix slowly for 3 to 5 minutes, rest briefly, then apply carefully to each sticker. Cure inside a dust-proof cabinet for at least 12 hours, but 24 hours is better before packing. Always check for bubbles, dust, overflow, uneven dome shape, and sticky surface before releasing the order.
Frequently Asked Questions
It’s formulated specifically for dome stickers. It self-levels clean, reduces bubbles, and cures into a clear, glossy, flexible finish. Generic resin is harder to control and often yellows or cracks faster.
Initial set: 12–24 hours (dust-free)
Full cure: 3–7 days
Maximum hardness and glass-like finish: around 2–3 weeks
Don’t rush it. Most quality issues come from handling too early.
It’s UV-resistant, not UV-proof. Under normal outdoor use, it stays clear much longer than generic resin. But like any epoxy, extreme sun exposure over time can still cause slight yellowing.
Starts at around $50 USD depending on weight and destination (DG shipment via air). Resin is classified as dangerous goods, so shipping is higher than normal products.
