OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Weigh Resin A and Hardener B according to the specified mixing ratio and pour them into a clean, prepared container. Mix thoroughly by stirring clockwise while scraping the sides and bottom of the container. Continue mixing for 3–5 minutes until fully blended. The mixture is then ready for use.
• Prepare only the required amount based on your working time and application area to avoid material wastage. If the temperature is below 15°C, heat Resin A to 30°C before mixing with Hardener B, as Resin A becomes thicker in low temperatures. Always tightly seal the container lid after use to prevent contamination caused by moisture absorption.
• When relative humidity exceeds 70%, the cured surface may absorb moisture from the air, resulting in a white mist or cloudy layer. In such conditions, room-temperature curing is not recommended. Instead, use heat curing to ensure proper clarity and finish.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

1. Store at a temperature of around 25°C in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high-humidity environments.
2. Use as soon as possible after opening. Prolonged exposure to air is strictly prohibited, as it may affect product quality. When stored properly at room temperature (25°C), the shelf life is up to 6 months.

Caution:

• Ventilation: Use in a well-ventilated area and keep away from open flames and heat sources.
• Eye Contact: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention.
• Skin Contact: If skin contact occurs, wipe off with a clean cloth or paper, then wash thoroughly with soap and water.
• Storage: Store at a temperature around 25°C in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high-humidity environments.
• Usage: Use as soon as possible after opening. Prolonged exposure to air is strictly prohibited.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION GUIDE – PLEASE READ

For best results with DZNYO RESIN STICKER PRO, mix Resin (Part A) and Hardener (Part B) using a 3:1 ratio (e.g. 75ml Resin + 25ml Hardener). Stir slowly for 3–5 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom of the container to ensure full blending. Avoid fast mixing to prevent bubbles.

Pour the mixture evenly onto a flat, level sticker surface and allow it to self-level naturally. Lightly pass a heat gun or lighter to remove surface bubbles, using quick and gentle strokes. Let the resin cure in a dust-free area for 24–48 hours at an ideal temperature of 24°C – 28°C. Avoid direct sunlight, strong airflow, or fans during curing.

If the temperature is below 15°C, warm Part A to 30°C before mixing. When humidity exceeds 70%, heat curing is recommended to prevent cloudy or misty results. Proper mixing and controlled conditions will ensure a clear, glossy, premium 3D dome finish.
